“He said, ‘I want to show you something in this cup.’ My stomach dropped because I then knew what was going to be in there,” Hendrix said. Though he could see the mass of human tissue, he reported the baby was young enough that it was difficult to make out distinct features. “It’s really hard for me to know exactly how old this baby was. Likely he or she was very, very young.” LAS VEGAS — A video recorded outside the A-Z Women’s Center Saturday captured abortionist William Ramos waving around the remains of an aborted child in a plastic cup as he argued that his victim was not a human being and had not been murdered.

Abolitionists Nick and Kelsey Hendrix were on the scene reasoning with an abortion-bound couple in their car, pleading with them to spare their child’s life, when Ramos approached and tried to draw the couple away from the conversation.

“We’ve preached to this doctor many times,” Nick Hendrix said. “He claims to be Jewish, so I usually preach some…

The New Abolitionists: Texans Who Want to End Abortion Once and For All

Posted at Lonestar Voice:

When the word abolitionist is heard, most people’s thought turn to slavery and the time in our country’s history when brother was at war with brother. But today, when you hear the word, you'd better pay attention because it might be in reference to a new group that has caused quite a stir in the state capitol lately.

The movement is gaining popularity across the state. Their goal -- abolish abortion in Texas. Abortion abolitionists have been making appearances at the Texas Capitol almost weekly and testifying on any bill in committee dealing with the subject of abortion. Their purpose is to bring awareness to the abolition of abortion and to let others know that most abortion bills that are being heard merely “regulate murder."

For many years, pro-life groups have been passing bills that tighten up the regulations dealing with the clinics where the service is performed, how the baby's age will affect when an abortion can be conducted, and many o…

Moon wants to create ‘History of Abortion’ exhibit in Capitol

By Benjamin Peters - Posted at The Missouri Times:

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – State Rep. Mike Moon, R-Ash Grove, this week filed HB 1014, which seeks to add an exhibit on the history of abortion to the state museum.

Legislation filed by Rep. Mike Moon seeks to have a ‘History of Abortion’ exhibit created near the existing exhibit displaying the state’s history of slavery.

Called the “Never Again Act,” the legislation directs the created exhibit to be placed near the existing exhibit displaying the state’s history of slavery.

Moon has been a staunch opponent of abortion, having filed several pieces of legislation on the matter during his four-year tenure in the House. Most recently, HJR 18, his “personhood” legislation, which seeks to put an all-out ban on abortions, passed through the House Committee on Children and Families. It has now been referred to the House Committee on Rules – Legislative Oversight.

Moon says the exhibit would display tools used in abortions, and how they were used and …

God has said: “Do not murder.”

He allows no exceptions, no caveats, no special circumstances. His command is crystal clear. So why do we, as his people, allow for muddy waters when it comes to abortion? Let us think clearly, and let us apply his Word especially to this!

The common exceptions are generally listed as: “Rape, Incest, or Life of the Mother.”
Not listed generally, but often discussed is the case of a genetically unique or terminally ill human being in the womb.

We will look at these one by one.

Rape and Incest: “Cursed is the one who perverts the justice due to the stranger, the fatherless, and widow.” (Duet. 27:19)

A child who is conceived in rape is a victim along with their Mother. Should they be given the death penalty for the crime of their Father?

No! Rather, as a victim, they ought to be given care.
We should not pervert justice for a fatherless child conceived in rape. They are no monster, or devil, or any other word used…

LOUISVILLE, KY – On March 13, Gov. Matthew G. Bevin and his administration moved to close the EMW Women’s Surgical Center, the last remaining abortion clinic in Kentucky.

EMW was informed that their license would be revoked in 10 days due to insufficient transfer agreements with hospitals and ambulatory services. The deadline was later extended to April 3. EMW responded on March 29 by filing a lawsuit in a U.S. District Court in Louisville, calling the order “blatantly unconstitutional.” On March 31, U.S. District Judge Greg Stiver issued a temporary restraining order to prevent EMW’s closing.

The move to close the abortuary is a part of the pro-life strategy which revolves around Targeted Regulation of Abortion Providers (TRAP) laws. These laws work by increasing the regulations governing child sacrifice centers so that existing facilities fail to meet the standards. Proponents of the laws typically push them on the grounds that they are concerned with safet…

The Prenatal Nondiscrimination Act of 2017: A Tale of Good Intentions that Are Ultimately Pointless

Posted at Abolish Human Abortion:

The Prenatal Nondiscrimination Act of 2017 recently passed the Oklahoma House of Representatives. The purpose of the Act is to outlaw abortion in cases where preborn children suffer from genetic abnormalities. There is no doubt that the abortion rate for babies with special medical needs is high, and the intentional killing of those people is immoral in the strongest sense of the word. I understand and sympathize with legislators who desire to stop the killing of these individuals, and in the interest of being charitable, I believe that some of these legislators have good intentions with this bill. However, I do not believe this bill should be passed because it is not going to accomplish its stated purpose and the overall strategy behind this type of bill will ultimately prolong rather than expedite abolition. To a typical prolife Christian, this may come across as surprising and seemingly inconsistent with the abolitionist goal of putting an end to …

“Standing For Life Amidst Federal Tyranny”

JEFFERSON CITY, MO – Pro-life leaders and legislators sent mixed messages at a purportedly anti-abortion rally at the Missouri State Capitol Tuesday, declaring that the unborn citizens of Missouri must be protected, but choosing not to back legislation that would abolish abortion in their state.

Missouri Right to Life (MRL), the state’s largest pro-life organization, organized the rally which included speakers such as Gov. Eric Greitens, Attorney General Josh Hawley, Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft, Speaker Todd Richardson and President Pro Tem Ron Richard.

“We have to do everything in our power to stand up for, protect, and defend the lives of the innocent unborn,” Greitens said during his speech. But neither he nor any of the other rally speakers opted to act consistently with that statement.

Although three bills aimed at ending abortion entirely-two personhood bills and one abolitionist bill-are currently in the house, none were mentioned at the rally. Instead…
